Recently she has led key efforts in omnichannel, multilingual AI chatbot technology for improved customer service delivery. Shannon has had a long and successful career advocating as a driver for change in enterprise data governance, application development, and project portfolio management with a variety of public, corporate, and nonprofit organizations. She is currently a member of the Technology Advisory Committee and the AI Exploratory Committee for the National Association of Counties.
